Delete your DivinCrystals account

You can delete the account you use in the DivinCrystals app and on this website. In the app, open Profile → Delete account. Or sign in here and delete it below.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and profile details
• Your saved kundli and birth details
• The messages and files you sent in consultations
• Saved addresses that no order uses, your cart, and your notifications
• Your sign-in on every device — the account can never be signed in to again

What we keep, and why

• Orders, invoices and payment records, including the name and address on those orders — tax law requires us to keep them
• Wallet and consultation billing history, without your contact details, for accounting and refunds
• Reviews you wrote, shown as “Deleted user”
