All orders placed on Divine Crystals are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship products across India. International shipping may be available in the future.
Delivery time : 3–7 working days depending on the shipping location and courier partner. Estimated delivery times are:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or SMS, allowing them to track their shipment status.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details including full address, phone number, and postal code. Divine Crystals will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information.
At Divine Crystals, we aim to provide high-quality crystals, gemstones, and spiritual products. If there is an issue with your order, our return policy allows customers to request assistance under the following conditions.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The product is damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product received is defective
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

Because crystals and minerals are natural products, slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and do not qualify as defects. Such variations are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on used or energized products unless damaged or defective.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by Divine Crystals.
