Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Due to the nature of natural crystals and spiritual items, certain products may not be eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by Divine Crystals.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
